Founder and General Contractor

Born and raised in Ocala, William started working in the construction industry with his father at the age of 13. Soon after graduating high school, he joined the Marine Corps and, on his return, he started furthering his experience and fueling his passion for construction. In 2006, he became a State Certified Contractor, allowing him to assist clients with comprehensive projects. William admits that every part of the building process continues to inspire him with each new venture. With over 20 years of experience, he has gained vast knowledge as one of the leading home builders in Ocala, FL, specializing in new custom homes, spec homes, remodels, renovations, additions, and commercial projects. He enjoys collaborating with clients on designing and bringing an idea to reality. William is dedicated to excellence and professionalism, and the foundation of his relationship with his clients is based on integrity, inventiveness, and reliability. William is a licensed home builder in Ocala, FL, with both Residential and General Contractors’ licenses.”

Henry Hernandez

Interior Designer

For Over 20 Years, Henry Hernandez has provided full service of interior decorating and design, he is best known for creating polished spaces that are functional, friendly, and beautiful. Hernandez also provides transformative interior home organization services. Hernandez strives to make the process as pleasurable and stress-free as possible, by working with careful consideration of the client’s budget and time constraints. Each design plan he creates is executed with impeccable, organization. Chris Thornhill

Assistant Contractor

A Florida native, Chris Thornhill was born and raised in Tampa. An entrepreneur at heart, Chris had started and run several successful small companies before meeting his wife, Rebecca, and moving with her to Philadelphia. While in Philly, Chris attended Temple University and received his Real Estate License. He started his career working for a property management company and eventually evolved into a sales agent. As a sales agent, Chris developed a passion for renovating houses and began working with investors flipping houses.

 In 2018, Chris moved back to Florida and switched gears to work in the commercial restoration industry. During his career in the restoration industry, Chris was promoted through several positions, including business development and project management. Chris and his family moved back to Ocala in 2022. For two years, Chris worked as a stay-at-home parent, taking care of his two daughters before joining Wilmek. 

Chris’s core values center around integrity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence. He believes in always putting the client first, ensuring transparency and trust in all his dealings. His personal philosophy revolves around continuous improvement and lifelong learning, striving to bring innovation and value to every project he’s involved with.

His goals for the future include obtaining his General Contractor’s License, which will enable him to take on larger and more complex projects with Wilmek and contributing to the redevelopment of Ocala’s thriving economy by leveraging his expertise in real estate and construction to bring innovative solutions and high-quality developments to the community. Chris is passionate about enhancing the local landscape and creating opportunities for growth and improvement, ensuring that Ocala remains a vibrant and prosperous place to live and work. 

When not working for his clients, Chris and his family enjoy exploring new destinations and cultures through their travels. Whether it’s a weekend getaway to a nearby beach or an international adventure, they cherish the experiences and memories they create together.
