Nautilus - October 2025
Work begins on the foundation for this 11,000 square foot home located in a majestic equestrian area. This full custom luxury build features an amazing infinity pool built around the structure as well as an assortment of rooms and spaces made just for our clients needs. Essential to an elaborate design like this is a solid sub-structure underground with all the necessary utilities mapped out as well as the mightiest of footer reinforcements to the future slab!
Nautilus - September 2025
The next chapter in the Nautilus story unfolds with our framing crews moving in to turn these block walls into a proper structure. The install the framework for this commercial build we brought in a crane crew to making hanging these trusses safe and sound work. Our trade team tackles this phase of the build, and our roofing team isn’t far behind!
Nautilus - August 2025
Here is a look at the next chapter in the Nautilus project! After our crew finished pouring and perfecting our foundation, our block crews jumped on creating the core structure for this future neighborhood hub. This facility set to house bathrooms, washers, and dryers and our design will deliver the best solutions for this community. William and Sandy paid a visit to the Nautilus to ensure production would roll smoothly into the next phase of this commercial job!
Nautilus - July 2025
Work continues on the commercial project at the Nautilus. The next step in creating a community hub is pouring the foundation it will all be built on! Once clearing our underground utilities inspection with the Marion County building department, we were ready to get this pad knocked out. With the slab prepped, poured, and finished our next step would be creating the block walls.
Nautilus - June 2025
The Nautilus project is off to a wonderful start, and Wilmek is happy to create a new community hub for this facility. Our trades has removed the old structures, poured solid footers for the structure, and laid the foundation. Next up, underground plumbing and electrical work will need to be mapped out and we’ll be inviting county officials out to inspect the site before we move on to pouring the concrete slab.
