This month Wilmek continues construction on the Weddell property, giving the home an exterior finish. After completing the textured stucco, we took to constructing the main entrance to the home and filling the elevation on the northern side. We are excited to see this beautiful build come to life, and we know are clients are thrilled to start making memories here!

The team at Wilmek heads out to the construction site at Weddell to inspect the rough installations done by the trades. Our custom homes require both technique and quality components to create the premium space our clients deserve. Our contractors ensure that every trade such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC all meet our high standards!

This month, while Weddell’s retaining wall system was being constructed, our licensed specialists started the rough installation of all the necessary utilities. Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical crews went to work by weaving the complex network of cables, pipes, and ventilation required for this huge space.

This month our team tackled the challenge of building retaining walls around the Weddell’s future home. Since part of this massive house is below the natural elevation, these protective barriers needed to be size up. While our utilities teams started work inside, our concrete crew knocked out this next phase in the build.

A Wilmek job never stops moving, and this month we are preparing for the massive retaining walls in this Ocala construction project. We start by protecting the lower levels of the structure with a protective coating and membrane to help prevent moisture issues down the road. Then, we need to backfill certain zones around the house to match the natural elevation while also readying the surrounding areas for our concrete crews.
